Creating table out of 1 value through DAX

Hello everyone!
I have stucked with the dax formulas. Here is the situation:
1. We have only 1 variable value that is used to create all other columns, and two columns to interact with.

2. That one variable sets as a What IF parameter

3. I tried to used SUM instead of SUMX but got wrong results in total, which is not acceptable 

4. I tried to create "Virtual Table" out of table of clean values to count others (New Table button (SUMMURIZECOLUMNS...)), didnt work - got all values which comes from measures equal 0

Yellow marked columns are constant they are not affected by "Value1" (on top)

and the last column - "Value1_for_reciept = SUMX('Table1';'Table1'[Sum Value] / 'Table1'[Reciept value])" i was waiting 23,49*2,35 which is equal to 10 but i get "Average_values" somehow

Ok. Maybe it will help. I have some data

I need this data to manipulate with what if parameter in dax, called "Value"

I need this "Value" first be multiplied by share_Value1 here it is "Sum Value"

Next I need two columns that containe "Sum Value" divided by average_Value1 and they are "Receipt Value" and "Offer Value"

Then I need to multiply Sum_Value by Reciept_Value to get "Value1_for_receipt" and here is all going wrong.

Same story with another Reciept_Value*average_price it also returns not what I expect to see
