Creating report with one column changes

Not possible in Power BI. Data snapshots storing values at a specific moment in time is not possible. One option you have is to create daily files from Sharepoint with a datestamp using Power Automate for example, and then upload these files into PowerBI (using pulling data from a folder as a source). The whole process can be automagic.
