Creating individual colors without gradient on custom color palette

A couple questions.

I want to add individual colors to a custom color palette. Currently I can only add eight colors and I can't seem to add individual colors without the gradient. Is it possible to have seven custom colors with the gradient and one column without gradient that I can add individual colors with no gradient? Or an option to only just have individual colors without a gradient?

Is it possible to create a color palette in Power BI without having to go through Themes?

Is it possible to save individual colors in Recent Colors section? Currently when I save and close the Power .pbix file the Recent Colors I had selected disappear. There must be an easier way to keep individual colors without a gradient on a color palette.
