Creating dynamic percentile graphs (first post!)

Hello I’m new to PowerBI so would appreciate the community’s help on this. I've tried researching but can't find the answer sadly.

Data set is property performance by revenues and occupancy rates (based on location, property type, size etc) as below:

I have added slicers in my report to filter by neighbourhood and property type etc. What are the exact steps I need to take to set this up so that the results and percentiles are dynamically calculated based on the slicers?

I’m trying to create 3 Graphs:

  1. percentile graph of “occupancy rates” and “average price” in 10th percentile increments of occupancy performance (based on dynamic slicers). How do I also set the x-axis categories to read as 10th, 20th, 30th, etc percentiles?

  1. Average price of property at 50th, 70th and 90th percentiles by property size (based on dynamic slicers)

  1. Price by property type by month – at 90th percentile

Thank you so much for your advice on this. Looking forward to hearing from the PowerBI community!

I've never really gotten into using them but it seems like you would need to use something like PERCENTILE.INC or something along those lines?
