Creating connection in model - what is PBI doing?
Conceptually what is Power BI doing "under the hood" in each of these refresh phases?

- 'Creating connection in model...'
- 'Waiting for other queries...'
- 'Loading data to model...'

It means power bi desktop verify backend codes and unapplied changes, then execute each step of query table codes to generated correspond data model tables. (load data from the database, navigate to the specific data table, do analysis on records to recognize and change column types...)
