Creating bars with embeded icons / logos

Dear All,

I am trying to list the logos in vertical and next to each logo would like to have a bar count. Showing the total number of agencies. I have tried to use Chiclet slicer  +Bar chart but formatting it and having them aligned is very difficult and did not work. Tried to use Matrix table. Where i have 2 columns. The issue is that when you hover above the images, it will show you the link of the image! and i do not want that. I want to define a tooltip of the icon and not display the link of dropbox where i have uploaded my pics!. any help. the below was created in Tableau. And the good thing about it is that each bar is seperate and does not move or change when clicked. Its fixed. Any help is appreciated.

Dear Greg,

thank you for your reply, with the MATRIX table the images (logos) and the data bars are working perfectly. However, with the MATRIX table the problem is with the hover message over the images .that is if i hover over an image, i get the location of the image where it is uploaded. I do not want to display this. Instead i want to display another message. Are we able to disable the hover link of the images?  For instance, I have uploaded all the images on DropBox and I am using them in the table. Example of the links below. So whenever I hover over the images i get the link.  Thank you
