Creating and displaying relationships

I am downloading a list of names in excel, with additional information attached to each name. 

For e.g. Name - Function - board associations - age - qualifiactions

How do I link the additional information for e.g. age, with the name. So that when I create the dashboard the names will be displayed with links to the additional information. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
