Good day to everybody, I am trying design a table and modify each cell like excel but I do not find a way.

Currently we can only change the Table style, or use conditional formatting in tables. But Power BI does not support table cell formatting now.

Not sure what was supposed to come after the "like this:" but that really isn't the way things work in Power BI. The only interface you have like that would be an "Enter Data" query.
@Greg_Deckler it's a duplicate thread. He wants to know how to format individual cells in a table visual.

Formatting is not available for individual cells currently.

I don't have any recommendation. The feature you are looking for does not currently exist in this program. I guess I recommend waiting?
