Creating a scorecard like this in PowerBI with a better visualization

Need help with where to start this kind of scorecard in power Bi. I tried to do this is metrics but didn't happen, should I be creating a dashboard for this?

I am adding a picture, please help if you can also have your own data and could sample for powerbi

Sorry for the question but your information is very low, what do you want exactly? What do you mean by I tried this is metrics but didn't happen?

 

Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.

If the information is sensitive please share it trough private message.
