    HI AaronGlenn10,

    How many fields this fact table stored? If they already include a few fields, you can consider extract the unique field value and expanded with attribute and value. Then you can use that unique field to link raw table records.

    Notice: do not attach sensitive data in your sample data or snapshots.

Here's a screen shot of the data provided by the state ... just trying to add attributes/descriptions to each restaurant.
