Creating a measure with IF statement

Add a new column like

Is Active = 

var cnt =countx(filter(table,table[company]=earlier(table[company]) && (table[company]="Active" Or ealier(table[company]="Active"))),table[company])

return
if(cnt>0,"Yes","No")
