Greetings,
I would like to create a limit line on my line chart. Currently I place line object (example below). I need this to be a parameter that I set a start and stop value (x axis) and an amplitude value (y axis). Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Hi @RoscoP ,
Is this what you want?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

Thank you. That is half of it.
Is there a way to restrict the range so that it isn't across the entire view?
How do I access this, please?
Hi, @RoscoP
Please correct me if I wrongly understand your question.
- You can draw a line in a linechart by creating a measure, something like, Linemeasure = 10
- If you want to only show the data lower than the line, and within the line range, I think there is a way to limit the data by adding filters in a measure.
If it is OK with you, please share your sample pbix file, then I can try to come up with more accurate measures.d
Thank you.

Hello Jihwan,
I did not explain well. I want to create the line from entering a start and stop value for X, line value @ Y value. I input those parameters [into a table?], which create the line on the chart. I want to have a field to show on plot instead of drawing a line.
