Creating a measure that uses page filter

Hi Hope all is well

I'm kind stuck on something that is really confusing me any help will be appreciated. Is there anyway to create a measure that uses a page filter ?

The measure should filter of page filter. 

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Thanks for the reply @amitchandak , sorry for the informative example .  So currently I have created this measure

(Zero Measure = Sum('Query1'[count(transaction_id)]) + 0) to calcuate when a company has made zero updates on the application. I also have a filter for company_name column which only selects the companies I want.  However it seem when I add this measure with the company_name column to a visual it shows even the companies I have filtered out . My question is what would be causing this issue ? and how can it be fixed . Hopefully you made sense from that
