Creating a custom column over 2 columns from 2 different tables
- Anonymous9 years ago
Hi Joshmarsteffens,
You can try to use below formula, I test with your sample file and it works on my side.
Check = var result= Lookupvalue(Records[Textuele Waarde],Records[Kavel ID],Kavel[Kavel ID ],Records[Kenmerk nummer],2016007) return IF(result<>blank(),result/100,0)

Hi Anonymous,
With me it doesn't give any underlined errors anymore however it does say that the syntax for '.2016007' is incorrect.I fixed the above but it gives me the warning that the Record[Kavel ID] cannot be found or may not be used in this expression.

Hi Joshmarsteffens,
Records is the first table(table with three columns), kavel is the second, you should use your table name to replace them.

Hi Anonymous,
You're right i overlooked one i did change the kavel ID to the name of mine but i forgot to change textuele waarde...
The syntax is without errors now, However im not getting the right results. its giving me 0 or blank() value's.
I'll try to look where this is going wrong and tell you what happend.
Thank you so much for all the hulp and quick responses!
Kind regards,
Joshmar Steffens
