Creating a button that downloads a file based on slicer

Hi guys,

I have trouble creating a button that downloads a specific file based on slicer.

I have kinda the following table:

Step:Link to file(Is set to Web URL)
Pre.Asssharepoint.com/pre.ass.xlsm
U2sharepoint.com/u2.xlsm
PASSRsharepoint.com/PASSR.xlsm

I've tried creating the following measure:

Download link = SELECTEDVALUE('Download 5S Audit Rapport'[Link to file])

and selecting the measure as the Web URL for the button, but it ain't working

Any ideas on how to get this working?
Thanks in advance 😀

Hi @Anonymous

I had had an invisble slicer, that i deleted, and made sure only the correct slicer were interacting with the button, and now it works.

HI @rjensen2205,

Have you tried to use other common site URL to test? I suppose these operations (access to URL and required to download file) may be blocked due to security reasons.

Xiaoxin Sheng
