Creating a Pareto Chart and table with Cumulative % and Count

I'm trying to create a pareto chart however my line is flat and i can't figure out why.

Some background:  Trying to create a chart and table that shows count of "late" by a given supervisor from a pareto chart and cumulative %/total table perspective.

My formulas -

Count Of Revocation Late =

CALCULATE(

    COUNTA('Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),

    'Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time] IN { "Late" }

)

MyRank by Late =

rankx(ALL('Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),([Count Of Revocation Late]))

Total Amount for All Roots =

IF(HASONEVALUE(Internal[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),SUMX(all('Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),[Count Of Revocation Late]),BLANK())

Cumulative Total Amount =

IF(HASONEVALUE('Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),Sumx(TOPN([MyRank by Late],

ALL('Internal'[Is_Late_or_On_Time]),

[Count Of Revocation Late],DESC),

[Count Of Revocation Late]),

BLANK()

)

Cumulative % Root Amount =

divide('Internal'[Cumulative Total Amount],'Internal'[Total Amount for All Roots],0)

All formulas are accepted yet when i put into a line chart and table, i get the following in screenshot.  It looks like the errors begin with the Cumulative total amount as they're not being added up row to row. And the Cumulative % all show 1.00 and last my line in chart is flat.

Any ideas on where the gap is?
