Creating a New Measure Containing Quick Measures for Monthly Total Variance

Hello! 

I am working on a visual to show a running total of MoM Variance. 

Currently I have the $ amount of variance for each month in 2023... 

Where I am struggling is to show the difference in those variances as a total to comp against our YE goals. 

I'd like to have a measure that calculates the Total variance... so I can comp that against our Year End Goal. 

How do I achieve this?
