Creating a Granada (Spain) Municipalies map

I am trying to create a map of Granada (Spain) municipalities I followed all steps shown in this link (https://powerbisp.com/creacion-y-edicion-de-mapas-de-formas ) to create my custom municipalities map. But once I select my custom map in Power BI it doesn't recognize my data zipcodes and It doesn't fill the map.
I have already set the zip codes column as zip codes in the data types selection.

 

 


I would like to add that when I pass the mouse over the map it says location_id Undefined.

I don't know what else can I try.

    This is a shapemap, yes?

    "I have already set the zip codes column as zip codes in the data types" - these are not used for shapemaps.

    The map has to have the shape, of course, but it also has to have data associated with the shape when it is designed.  Find the Format section and pick 'View Map Keys'. Some field in there has to match with the field value (from the data table in powerbi) in location_id.  Otherwise the map won't work.
