Creating Pop-up that interact with filters

Hi,

I would like to create a pop-up that interact with filters.

for instance, if user choose a year from slicer in the report, and click ok a button it will show a summary data table of the year he chose.

I know bookmark can create pop-up but it would not interact with filters!
