Creating Organization Hierarchy Top to Bottom

Hi All, 
I have created an org hierarchy from top to bottom now there is another file with the training details employee file details where emp num is the primary key. 
As, in my hierarchy file has column based level from 1 to 8 how can i establish the relationship.
As in the visual i want to show full hierarchy in matrix visual with the count of current and aggregation
