Creating Measure -in Formula field if not showing

Hello To all,

Overpayment_Rate is column.

This is measure
More_than_150hrs =
sumx(
SUMMARIZE(
'LEM FACT with query',
'LEM FACT with query'[VENDOR_NAME],
'LEM FACT with query'[CTR#],
'LEM FACT with query'[WORKDATE].[Year],
'LEM FACT with query'[WORKDATE].[Quarter],
'LEM FACT with query'[WORKDATE].[Month],
'LEM FACT with query'[EQUIPNUM],
'LEM FACT with query'[VENDEQUIPUNIT],
'LEM FACT with query'[EQUIPRATETYPE]
),

if(CALCULATE(SUM('LEM FACT with query'[EQUIPHRS])>150),CALCULATE(150-sum('LEM FACT with query'[EQUIPHRS])),0)
)

Now-I am trying to update this measure formula as(yellowhighlighted last part) as Overpayment_Rate*More_than_150HRs but Overpayment_Rate column is not poping up(can't able to select or write).

Please, guide me
