you should be abel to use a switch statement

Classification =
SWITCH (
    TRUE (),
    [Sum] < 5000000, "<$5M",
    [Sum] > 5000000
        && [Sum] <= 10000000, "$5M - $10,",

        && [Sum] <= 15000000, "$10M - $15M",
    [Sum] > 15000000
        && [Sum] <= 20000000, "$15M - $20M",
    [Sum] > 20000000, ">$20M",

)
