Creating Hierarchy\realtionship from table

Hi,

I have the following data table.

Column 1 shows the project id and column 2 shows the mother.

How can I extract\create a child - parent relationship from the table which rolls up to project PR130008562 as mother.

Taking into consideration that ther also some sub projects like PR 1300008562.10

Thanks,

Leon
