Creating Custom hierarchy or custom grouping

I have to create a custom hierarchy to update "Revenue By Business Unit" chart below and to allow for drill up/down at all levels of the Company business hierarchy. Basically drilling down from Business Unit to Division. Business Unit being:

• Health
• IT
• Learning
• Advanced tech

Any assistance with this is appreciated
