Creating Conditional Column to tell if field is blank

Question

Hello!I've got data where some rows are blank for a given field. How would I create a calculated column that returns "Blank" if [Site Parcel Number] is blank for that row, and "Not Blank" if the [Site Parcel Number] field of the row is populated with anything? I've looked online, and it seems most other similar solutions apply to more specific use cases that make them non-applicable to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!&nbsp;
