Create warning pop-up / button for dashboard

Hi all,

I am creating a power bi dashboard and want to create pop-up / button that pops up and takes me to a page (with a graph of Items Forecasted stock level), when an items forecasted stock level drops bellow the prefered stock level. Since there will be quite a few different items I also want to create a table related to the button of all items that have dropped below their specific prefered stock level.

If anyone can help ill be very grateful.

If any examples or more in-depth instructions are needed let me know
