Create table from existing data with earliest start date and latest end date

Question

Hi,&nbsp;i would like to create a table from existing data with the SUMMARIZE function, using formulas like EARLIEST and LATEST. However, LATEST is not an option with SUMMARIZE. Any other suggestion? the table that i want to reproduce looks like this:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
