Create subscription alert based on a thresold or change

Hello everyone,

I have created an application based on RLS and have hidden all sheets except the menu (the design of the sheets depends on the level and amount of data they have access to).

For example, I have a simple KPI that displays the balance of the amount.

How can I create an alert sent by email each time the balance changes?

The application is updated 8 times a day.
