Create report that filter on user viewing the report?

I have an organisation that have many guests in our tenant.

We have one large powerbi report that display data about the customers.

We want the customers to be able to view this report but i want the report to filter on logged in user.

We have Microsoft teams per customer that they are member in.

So my idea is to filter on logged in user if he/she is member of team with id-number x then show data related to that id-number.

If this is not possible. I need to create a massive amount of reports and push out into each team so the guest-users (customers) can view them.

Sounds like you need row level security (RLS). Lots of good info out there, to start you should check out Microsoft's documentation.
