Create page filter based on values in two columns

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to power Bi. I'm trying to create a page level filter that looks at two columns instead of just one.

I have these two columns in the same table:

ss_eventtemaprimaer contains a string value describing a main theme, and ss_eventtemasekundaer, as you might have guessed, contains a string value describing a secondary theme.

They will both contain one of 5 different themes seen in the below picture (Ignore the one that says blank).
I would love to create ONE filter that provides the options as seen in the image below, however instead of just looking in ss_eventtemaprimaer it should look in both columns to see if the chosen filter value exists.

I hope you can help me! 😄
Thanks in advance

You can use the append queries option in query editor to combine both the columns. Then you can put the combined column in filter
