Create measure conditioned by the selected filter

I have 3 filters, zone, region and branch, the 3 related to each other, that is, if I choose south zone, I can select only the southern regions and if I choose a region, I can choose the branches of that region.

The problem is that I have a table in which I show sales values, but the fields I show vary. For example, if only the Zone is selected, in field 1 I must show the value of the field venta_zona, but if a region is selected in the filter as well, I must in that field 1, show the value of the field venta_region and if a branch office is selected, the value must be shown in the table field venta_sucursal.

I understand that I should create a measure to show in that table and that that measure is conditioned if zone filter has a value show venta_zona and so on, but I don't know how to do it, I have very little in power BI.

For example, I have these 3 filters:

and I have a table on my power BI page in which I must place the sale value, but I have 3 sales fields that are in the same data table and if I read the filter zone and not the other two, the value of the field to show is zona_venta segment, on the other hand if I select branch, I must display the sucursal_venta_segmento field.

I don't know if they require more background.

If the table/s having these three is connected to the fact/sales table, it should filter automatically

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
