Create formula based on this equation

Hi

 

I have the below equation which is part of Excel, however I am not comfortable that the output is correct.

 

I am already importing the AI/RI/RE squared, and I can determine the "max" value, but it's the remainder I really don't know how to calculate.  Any support would really be appreciated!

    What is your desired output?  Could you please provide a simple sample  without privacy inforamtion and more details wiht your desired output?
