Create column with cumulative sum in. table created

I have created a table where I bring from other tables the following information the number of ITEM, Inventory Qty, Outputs12MM, Last Purchase Price (LPP) and the Cost of the Departures of the last 12 months (CostSalidas12MM)

I need to add a column where I accumulate the CostSalidas12MM by NUM articles
