You can use contains function to check if the value is contained in search table.
Measure:
IsContains = var currItem= LASTNONBLANK('CurrentTable'[ColumnName],[ColumnName]) return CONTAINS(SearchTable,SearchTable[ColumnName],currItem)Then drag above measure and the watch item column to a table visaul.
