Create column based on Start Index or End Index

Hi All,

In power bi can I create column based on start index to end index (or use the dashes to delineate the columns)

I think It's possible with Measure Column, but I need to create new column in source.

Column 1 Column 2 C3 C4 C5 C6 C7 c8 c9 C10 C11 C12
