Create an Azure SQL Database -- Can't figure out how to connect to it.

It was simple to create. Got the cheapest I could get -- just want to play with the sample database. Downloaded Azure Data Studio.

Can't connect either from Power BI or Azure Data Studio. What am I missing? Tried granting public access and added my ip.

Also, how do I get Power BI Preview? I have Power BI Pro.

Good Job. I didn't really need Azure Data Studio. I could connect directly with SQL Server Management Studio by knowing the database and SQL Server ID and password. Works for me.
