Create alerts on Desktop

Hello. I am trying to create a visual where I could have something similar to Alerts.
For example we monitor energy and if we have a channel not working or we don`t have any data daily, to have a red dot or something similar.

I am not interested in email notification, I would like to have a display on the report.

How could I achieve this?
