Create a visual table with one ID linked to multiple categories or details

Riaz_R Use a Matrix instead of a table visual.
So i tried it but dont know how to make the setup in order for it to work properly.
i am not able to add the status under the category names.
Looking at the picture (left), the status is currently minimized (+).
How guide me through the process ?
