Create a visual table with one ID linked to multiple categories or details

I tried it out but dont fully understand how to implement it.
The matrix does provide a view that parially resembles what i have in mind, but it is missing the duration between the categories and also the staus related to the categories.
Could you provide me more info on how to implement your solution ?
