Create a timeslots column

Hello all, 

Say I have the table below, time extends from 00:00 to 23:59

I would like to create a column that divides time into 30 min intervals, generating a total of 48 slots (00:00 becomes t1 00:30 t2 1:00 t3 … 23h30 t48) 

Any ideas on how to generate that with DAX without creating 48 IF conditions ? I would really appreciate your help !
