Create a timeline (hours)?
Hello, I am making a report in which the active, inactive and rest times of each employee appear.
We have a presence control system through cards that records the person, date, time and door in which the marking was made.
With this data I would like to build a timeline or something similar, so that I can know if an employee has been inside the office, has been outside or has been in the rest area, as well as the time he has stayed in each site.
The data we have are of this type (between parentheses I clarify what each record is):
Name Surname 11/03/2022 8:00 Terminal 1 (enters work)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 9:00 Terminal 1 (leaves for breakfast)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 9:30 Terminal 1 (return from breakfast)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 11:30 Terminal 1 (go for coffee)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 11:33 Terminal 3 (enter the coffee break area)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 11:53 Terminal 3 (leaves this area)
Name Surname 11/03/2022 11:55 Terminal 1 (enter back to work)
So-and-so 11/03/2022 15:20 Terminal 1 (leaves because your day ends)
Interpreting the above data, I wanted something like a bar graph or anything similar that can serve that is something like:
8:00 - Active time: 1 hours
9:30 - Active time: 2 hours
11:33 - Rest time: 20 minutes
11:55 - Active time: 3 hours
15:20 - Departure
It is the only part of the report I have left but I do not know how to do it and I am stuck on this. I hope you can help me.
Thanks a lot!
