Create a table with dax with a tweek

Hello Power BI community, 

A question on creating a table with DAX. 

Suppose I have a table as shown below left. 

If I want to create a table on the right, how can I achieve this?

 

I try to create a table with DISTINCT on "Item" and filter out yellow highlighted rows.

However, I got stuck on creating "Category" column. 

Can anybody support?

This is not what I want but I created a table manually to solve it. Thanks anyway!
