Create a table with dax with a tweek

Hello Power BI community,&nbsp;&nbsp;A question on creating a table with DAX.&nbsp;Suppose I have a table as shown below left.&nbsp;If I want to create a table on the right, how can I achieve this?&nbsp;&nbsp;I try to create a table with DISTINCT on "Item" and filter out yellow highlighted rows.However, I got stuck on creating "Category" column.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can anybody support?H

ryan_mayu&nbsp;&nbsp;This is not what I want but I created a table manually to solve it. Thanks anyway!
