Create a snapshot of a table on a series of specified dates.

Hi

I have a PowerBI data model that has one particular table (made up of source data with some calculated colums) that i'd like to create a snapshot of on specified dates and store in the model.

I'd like all the snapshots to be in one table with a datestamp.

Is this possible?

Hi !

You can try creating a POwer BI dataflow to fetch current state of your dataset and insert a step to attach timestamp. You ca schedule the process to take daily snapshots of your dataset.

Regards,

Hi, thanks for the advice, how would I go about that please?
