Helper IIYes I found this documentation and am reviewing it now. I believe it's the solution I'm looking for. I learned that by attaching &language=fr-ca at the end of the link to the published report, the formatting associated with that locale willl automatically be applied to the report (to some extent such as changing decimals to commas).
