Is the [Sector] in the table from the 'Sector Lookup' table? Try change the cross-filter to both, like:
Measure = calculate([Benchmark Weight],crossfilter('Sector Lookup'[Sector Code],'Benchmark Data'[Sector Code],BOTH)This could also be the reason, see the blog:
