Something like this:
Table = GENERATE(DISTINCT(Table2[Column1]),SELECTCOLUMNS(DISTINCT(Table3[Column1]),"__Column1",[Column1]))

LOOKUPVALUE() should work if you are expecting a single result. Otherwise, I would use CONCATENATEX(FILTER(VALUES(Table[Column]),FilterExpression),Table[Column],Delimiter)
