I want to create a new table by copying the information from another table as follows:

Try this,
In power Bi, Go to transformdata and select the table. Right-click to duplicate the table. In the table, choose the Tipo and Usarini columns, and in the above transfrom pane, select the pivot column option to pivot the table to get the solution.Did I answer your question?
