Create a new layout from a existing table
Hello Everyone,
I need help urgently. How could I get the data from the following table in a different form.
I wish to get this data in the following form with an added date column that would consider week number, year, and weekday from the header.
The data is in Import mode, so limitations of direct query are not applicable.
Appreciate your help on the matter.

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
