Create a multiple ring chart

Hi guys, I am trying to create the following ring chart in Power BI, How can I create it? Thanks in advance. Regards.

Tried it out in Charticulator. How does this look? I wasn't able to export the visual at the moment, or would have attached a link to it.

    First of all, thank you for your answer again.
    
    That ways doesn't work for what I need.
    
    On the one hand, I can't use the chart Advance Donut Visual because I don't have a category to split. Sorry but I forgot to put the legend in the chart above, I send you the good one.
    
    On the other hand, the main problem is that there is no relationship between both years (they are not like in the example I show you below), so I can't use the Advance Pie and Donut (it is for that kind of charts).
